Access switchboard manger was deleted from the forms

The Access switchboard manger was deleted from the forms. I
am trying to delete the default switchboard manager so it
could recreate the icon for the switchboard manager. I
cannont open the switchboard unless I am editing the
switchboard.

Please help. :)
