I'm a new user of Access and am developing Tables for use
for a Horticultural Show. There are some 250 Classes and
Exhibitors show on their entry forms which classes
(quoting the Class Nos.)they want to enter. Whilst there
is no limit to the number of Classes they can enter they
cannot enter more than three exhibits in any one Class.
To simplify transferring the data from Entrants written
entry forms into the Data Base I want to avoid scrolling
through 250 Classes on the Access Form I am designing to
put the Exhibitors ID in say only 4. Is there some way I
can design the Table so that by inputting the Class Nos.
they will be "picked up" by that Class in another Table
which holds detailed information about each Class? Can
someone out there advise please?
