Access template error

I've tried numerous times to get the Customer Service template for Access; it
gets to "please wait while Microsoft Office Access prepares the template for
use", I then get "Microsoft Office Access encounered errors while importing
knowledge base list".
"Template customer service.accdt could not be instantiated
An unexpected error occurred when opening the template"
This is the detailed information in the log file:
"Microsoft Office Access encountered an error while importing the object
'Knowledge Base List'.
Error encountered at line 961.
Expected: 'End'. Found: PictureCaptionArrangement."
I've installed all available updates.
Any suggestions please?

Hi J.B.,

You may want to post this in the MS Office Access newsgroup as well, using the links below, and explain there the version of Access
you are using and, if this is a template that was downloaded from http://office.microsoft.com/templates the URL to the template.

many thanks Bob .. I had already done as you suggested and the response I got
was that it may be related to the fact that I am using an old version.
However as the new one is only available to MSDN subscribers, I will just
have to wait until the full version is released to the public.
