access text box form

hi i have a problem with my description box for my invoiceing, i have a text
boix of a size but can only type halfway down the box and no futher, its like
the box has run to the end but it hasnt. any halp would be great. thanks

Mike,

Have you checked that field in your tables design to see what the limit is
on its characters? If not open table in design, click on field name, then
check out the field size. If it is a text it may be set to 50 characters you
can change the text field up to 255.

Can you give an example of what your trying to place in and what is not
showing? It may help diagnois the problem

hi thanks for the replies, i was getting the full 255 chars but the box was
made bigger and i got to the limit. This makes writing a long description
impossible on an invoice.
