Access to Docs and Issues

Do resources have to be added to a specific task in order
to have access to docs and issues? Or can they simply be
added to the project team from the enterprise resource
pool?

Team members must be assigned to at least one task to have access to
Documents and Issues for that project. Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale - have you seen a simple way around this to
provide access to project information for stakeholders and
those persons specifically designated to resolve issues?

We want to avoid adding any users directly to the subweb
if at all possible.

If you wish to give stakeholders and others access to Documents and Issues
for a specific project, you must either assign them to a task in the project
or you must manually add them to the project's subweb on the Manage Users
page. Hope this helps.
