Access to documents and projects

Hi everybody,

Is there any way to give access to some of the projects or
documents to some of the resources and not the other ones?
Im really confused about this, I created a user account
and gave it__ Team Member__ permission with no right to
see documents, still when I login as that user I can open
documents and projects ???

How do I mange this?

You can manage this through the website admin functions of
WSS....but it is not that obvious.....but it works fine....
