I have a large data base in access and I export what data I need to run an
excel pivot table. I have a field in access with pricing ($1.99). When I
format the columns(in access) as a general number with 2 decimal places, it
exports to excel rounded to the nearest dollar. When I reformat the column to
text, it does not export to excel. How to I format the field in access so
that it can be exported to excel as the number (ex. $1.99)
