Is there a way i can setup a db in access, enter my information, then
transfer it to excel. In the excel spreadsheet it will need to be formatted
into a table that has fields down the left side going across and fields
across the top going down.. Is this possible?

The first question to ask is, why are you needing an Excel spreadsheet. Are
your users going to be manipulating the data you output?

What we have now is an excel spreadsheet one person uses. The user enters
different information in the spreadsheet everyweek and send it to different
companies. What the user is wanting is a quicker way of entering the
information instead of going into the same spreadsheet and deleteing/re-
entering the new data. I was thinking enter the data in access and tranfer it
to the excel spreadsheet and then emailing it.. is there an easier way im
overlooking?
