Access to external Outlook Calendar

Is there a way to access someones outlook calendar that is not on your
exchange server? We need to access an outside contractors outlook calendar
and they are not on our exchange server.

They can publish their calendar to an external server or send you an
overview of their availability for the next xx days/weeks/month.
In Outlook 2007 you'll find a "Send a Calendar via E-mail..." link in the
Calendar Navigation (CTRL+2)
