access to FrontPage help

I am having a probelm learning about cascading style sheets and will ask a
separate question about that. When I try to access the help regarding
cascading style sheets in my FrontPage program, I get a page that says:

Internet Explorer Script Error
An Error has occurred in the script on this page
Line 1
Char 1
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code:0
URL:mkMSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Office\Office\1033\frontpg.chm::/Concard_STY001_tn.htm
Do you want to continue to run scripts on this page?

Does anyone know what is wrong and how I can access all of the help pages?

Try running a Help - Detect & Repair from FP
- or reinstalling FP and making sure all files are set to run from disc
