Access to Local Files - Any plug-ins?

Hi everyone,

I have Outlook 2003 and am aware that you can no longer access local
files from Outlook. I'd love the ability to drag and drop e-mails to
my folders on my hard drive (that's how I organize content). Is there
a plug-in that I can use to accomplish this task?
