My Question is Can I creat a Database that Derives of to things Date and
percentages for the year. and then I want to make a line chart with the date
and number percentage in powerpoint and use this to pass out at the office.
the data needs to be updated daily too. for the GM

please help

Yes you can.

However, we cannot help you very much with the information that you
have provided. You understand your data; you know what "percentages"
you want to calculate; we don't.

You can store data in Access Tables, and use Microsoft Chart to
generate graphs of that data; these graphs could be printed out or
imported into a Powerpoint presentation. You're talking about a whole
bunch of different pieces of an application. If you have specific
questions about how to create or set up the Access database, please
explain.
