Access to private meetings

I have been given access to view my boss's private meetings. We went through
the delegation tab but stil cannot see her private meetings. I cannot find
any further recommendations from the Office Online assistance.

We are working with Office 2003 suite.

Any suggestions?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
