Hi,
We use the Insert Address tool in Word to retrieve addresses from our
Contacts folder. Problem is, we can see our own folder, but cannot see other
people's contact folders (even though we've shared them and they are visible
from Outlook), we also have a Public Folder containing a company address book
and do not have access to that from the Address tool in Word either.
Any suggestions? Thanks from all of us!
