Access to the PWA

We deleted users from the group of administrators on PWA.
Now we can not enter on PWA even under a service account.
Lost administrative laws.
How we can to recover them?

Did you delete every user from the Administrator's group? Do you have a
backup?

Yes. I have backup, but all farm from Central administration. And I have a
large farm - MOSS 2007 & PS 2007 on the two frontend, one application and
sql-cluser
