Access Upgrade 2000/Office 2003

I am having trouble loading my copy of Access Upgrade
2000 with my newly loaded Office 2003 (Student/Teacher)
edition. When I place the Access install CD in the
drive, the computer won't recognize the Office 2003 is
installed and so it won't let Access install.

Any suggestions?

It is unlikly that 2000 will recognize 2003 and student versions of the
package are not supposed to be upgraded and may not allow it.

I suspect you will have to install your original 2000 Professional, then
upgrade Access 2000.
