access: user has MS Project not Pro

One of my users is not able to sign in. I have reset all accounts and user
receives extra password prompt at log in. Would the lack of Project Pro be
an issue...?? He has single license MS Project on work station....?

Ken, if you are referring to Project Server 2003, then all users that
will be saving and publishing projects to the database must have MS
Project Professional client.

Mr. Chefetz,
Thank you.
Would the user's local version prevent access to PWA only?

The version of Project a user has is immaterial to PWA unless the user
attempts to open a project plan from Project Centre. They will receive an
error message that Professional is required to open a project.
