Access version not able to run - says no license for this PC

Older Access version from Office 97 will not run when loaded - says no
license available for this PC. I have a newer PC and would like to use a
previously loaded Access 97 program from CD to this machine.

Fairly common bug caused by a font of all things.

There is a free download to fix the problem but it only works on Windows 98 I believe.
