I have installed the Access viewer download on several computers, but one
just refuses to accept it. The client is running WinXP Pro w/SP-2, and has
Office 2003 Standard installed. The viewer downloads OK, but attempts to read
a *.snp file initiate an "install" algorithim, which ends up asking for
either a file on the Office CD or, when the CD is present, the office1.cab
file, which cannot find.
This ought to be simple, and usually is. Anybody have any ideas?
