Access weird error message

Hi, I am need of some help:
Here is the picture: I made a database for keeping tack of equipment and
maintenance. I created several HTML pages which are used to enter data in
that database.
Right now, 4 users can open the pages and enter data without any problem.
All these 4 users are running WinXP pro SP2. All of them have access
installed on them.

My problem is: one user (the fifth) cannot open the pages. When I try to
open then, I get an error in IE saying: "unknown procedure". When I open the
database itself in this computer, then I try to open one of the tables, I get
a weird error message: "Please define a measurement unit like inches or
centimeter" several times, then after that the table opens.

This fifth computer is running WinXP home and has the same Access version of
the other 4 computer.

Does anyone know how to fix it ?
Thanks.

According to the error message, you may want to compare the working computer
and the non-working computer's unit/date/time/language settings to see if
there is difference that may cause the proble. Go to "Start->Control
Panel->Reginal and Language Options".

Thanks for the quick reply.

I did that already (before posting here) and it should be working, since the
problem computer is set to use metric system.

Here are some more details that I forgot to explain:
The other 4 computers are WinXP pro with language pack "russian", so, they
are displaying everything in russian.

The problem computer is RUSSIAN version of WinXP home.
I don't know if that makes any difference, but that is how i know the
language settings should be ok, since they work in another computer in
russian.
