Hi,
I have a question for you Access/VBA Gurus:
I have been using the readily available code using a function to hide
the MS Access Application so that it appears that the forms are a stand
alone application. The floating forms can be minimized, restored at
will and it works like it should - with no Access background.
This works great until the user either right-click>restores the
database window on the taskbar, or a call is made from the access form
to open another application ( Word to mail merge etc).
Then, when the user clicks on the Access icon in the task bar, the
Access background is restored. To make matters worse, when the user
minimizes the backround, it takes the (usually floating) forms with it.
Is there any way to keep this from happening?
TIA!
