Access XP to 2003 Code execution problem

After I upgraded to 2003 the code doesn't execute.
I get this error msg,
"An unexpected error has occured. Error #-2147024770: Automation erro
The specified module could not be found"

The modules do exist
Any help sure is appreciated.

I think this is not due to your db but rather due to your upgrade installation.

reinstalling A2003 may help.
