i have created a database for employess who are grouped by their direct
manager. When you choose the manager all of his direct reports come up along
with their email addresses. is their away for the manager to click on a
button (this is a form they are in) and it would open up Microsoft outlook
and automatically fill up the To: with their agents email address? Please be
advised that i have not used access in a long time, so i am a little slow.
