There are several VB DLLs, but most are located here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VBA\
Try to re-register the one the it's asking for:
Start ... Run ... (then type)
regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VBA\""and the
file name"
If you can't find the file, re-install Office.
