I have a table with say ten feilds on it, I want to make a form with four
lines from the table. I want to type any of the lines and have the rest of
the line come up automaticlly from the table. I took the data base off the
Microsoft templet site (Service Manager).

Use a combo box - this will provide the functionality you have described.
