Access2000 database running On Access2003?

Is there a problem running a databse developed in
Access2000 on a machine using Access2003?

I have developed a program in Access2000
that runs on machines with Access2002 just fine.

But now we are attempting to run the app on a machine
running Access2003.
When Access starts we get a message that says
something about "...expressions are blocked...."
it warns us that we must have Jet4 SP8 installed,
which we do. Once I finally get into my app we are getting
debug errors right away.

Is there something I should be aware of?
The program runs fine On Access2002.
