I took a Access 97 db and converted it to Access 2000. I
have SP3 installed for Access 2000.
Yet whenever I go into a FORM with a SUBFORM and then quit
the application, I can see MSACCESS.EXE still listed as
running in the task manager (processes).
Any ideas
