Just installed the following in our small office.
Here's our configuration:
-Dell server with SBS2003R2 Premium
-Dell desktops wth WinXP SP3
-Office 2007 Pro with SP1
- Symantec Antivrus
The problem we have is when we use the report wizard on existing and even
after creating a new A2007 database. We get the expected warnings etc. then
A2007 crashes and creates a backup once we click the Finish button in the
Report Wizard.
When logged in the domain as a user, A2007 will crash when they use the
report wizard. When logged in the domain as an admnistrator, A2007 Report
Wizard works.
I have tried adding the User to both the local pc Administrator and local
PowerUser group but still crashes A2007 when using the Report Wizard.
However, when logged in as a domain administrator the Report Wizard works
just fine.
Obviously, I do not want to add the user to the domain Adminstrator group. I
hope some one has a suggestion.
