access97 and access2000 on same machine?

i want to run access97 on the same machine, win2k prof, with office2000
access installed. is there a specific installation procedure that makes it
possible

I have this setup on 3 or 4 PCs. Install Access 97 into a different
directory. Keep in mind that double-clicking and MDB file will probably use
the last version installed to attempt to open the file.

thanx, seems to be working after i got past the license issue, renaming the
hatten font

one lingering concern, i installed the database drivers, query, etc that
updates files in
...../system32, ..../ms shared/dao, etc, i hope these updates don't corrupt
access2000
files there, has ms done a good job of upwards compatability ???

Sorry I forgot to mention that dang font issue. I have had no issues with
updating and MDB from 97 to 2000.
