Access97 corruption with Win2000

Matt Schoemehl

I have an Access97 multi-user application that has been
stable for years until we began upgrading to Windows 2000
(Service Pack 3). Now the databases get corrupt 5-6 times
per day. The corruption is always caused by a Win2000
machine. I have not seen any documentation on this
problem but this has become a nightmare. Any insight?

Hmmm, I'd try the OpLocks fix first. See the Corruptions page at my
website.
