Access97 vs. Access2003

I was using WZSTP80 (Setup Wizard) in Access97. Is there anything
equivalent to use in Access2003?

Runtime support for previous versions of Access was included in the
Developer Edition of Microsoft Office. Runtime support for Access 2003 is
included in a separate product "Visual Studio Tools for Office 2003 System".
It does contain a Packaging and Distribution Wizard which will create an
installable package of your database plus runtime support. There's more
