I have an application I built on Windows 2000. I am not
having any problems. But the application is also used on
a remote site that has PC using XP. Is it possible that
Access97 does not work well with XP. The types of errors
are "domenuitem" type messages. These type of errors I
would expect to see during an Access upgrade. Any
suggestions.

Access 97 works fine on Windows XP. When an application works on one PC but
not on another, the most likely cause is a missing or mis-matched reference.
The most common one that I used to encounter with Access 97 was that the
target PC didn't have the service releases installed, in which case they'd
only have DAO 3.50 installed, while my app would have a reference to DAO
3.51. A quick temporary solution was to change the reference on the problem
PC, but a better long term solution was to install the service releases.
