accessing access

I am on a network and have set permissions from the server
for my database. I was having no problems for a time but
now everytime anyone but administrators go into the
database, the locking information file is created. When
they get out, this file remains and does not delete
itself. No one then can get it except the administrators
on the server. The file deletes once the admin. leaves
the database. Does anyone have any ideas on this.

Hi Jay

Everyone must have full rights/privileges on the folder where Access files
reside. From the symptoms of your problem, it appears that other users (non
administrators) do not have the delete privileges on the folder.
