Salutations all!
We are running XP Pro o/s and Outlook 2K3 over Exchange 2000. One of our
users, who has been assigned as a delegate to multiple calendars, has
repeated but intermittent problems with copying appointments from her
calendar to her delegated calendars. oftentimes she will get an error saying
" the operation failed" and Outlook will hang. She stops and restarts Outlook
and all of her delegated calendars are deselected to view, so she must
reselect them so that she can see them. Usually after she has restarted
Outlook once, she can do the copy function, but the same issue might happen
to her 4 times a day. Is this a known issue with our particular
configuration, or something else?
Any ideas and input are much appreciated!
