accessing contacts

I am using a Palm T3 with my outlook in office XP. Up
until the other day I could syn with no problem. It now
gives me the message "A program is trying to access e-mail
addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to
allow this" It give yout he optionso f allow for __
minutes, or no. I tthen freezes up. Can anyone help me
with this problem

I assume you just installed SP3 for Office XP. The problem you're
describing is a known issue with SP3; security has been updated to more
closely match the security in Outlook 2003. You may be able to get around
the problem by either disabling Word as your e-mail editor or updating some
of your add-ins, especially virus scanners and spam filters (many major
manufacturers have already released compatible updates). See the following

when you say sp3, do you mean a service pack? we did just
do an update the other night for both windows xp and
office xp.

Hot Sync Manager. Also I went and tried to understand
what the knowledge base article said to do and i could not
figure it out. Can you help me?
