Accessing Exchange through Internet

I am trying to access a campus Exchange server using
Outlook 2003 as the client. For whatever reason, it will
not connect this way, but Outlook XP works fine. I was
wondering if anyone had any thoughts about this.

Connect how? RPC over HTTP(s)? VPN?
What errors are you getting?

Have you asked your Exchange admin for the login details?
