Accessing info submitted by customer through a form

the form i created is to send my customer's info that they submit to the file
called "private." all the instructions i read say i can access that info on
my website through the _private file. I can't find it anywhere. the files
form_results.csv and formrlts.htm appear in my folder list in Frontpage 2003
but the submitted info doesn't show up. Or am I literally supposed to get on
on my site online and access it somewhere there.

PS - when I test the form to submit the info it appears to be going
somewhere as my confirmation page pops up with the field names and info
entered.

now to really show my ignorance - where on my website would i access this
info? In other words, once i go online and open my website, what am I
looking for?
