Accessing Installed Programs

How do I add MS Office programs to another user account. I installed MS
Office 2003 under one account - but none of the programs appear on another
account when I switch users. Ideas

Log on with admin privileges under that user account (runas) and install
making sure that you use the option that it is available for all users, not
just this user.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
