Accessing Linked Risks and Linked Issues From a Risk

When I link a document to a Risk, PWA/Sharepoint makes it accessible
through a hyperlink under the 'Linked Documents' section when Viewing
the Risk. However, if I link a Risk or an Issue to a Risk, I don't get
a hyperlink to it in the 'Linked Risks' or 'Linked Issues' sections.
Any suggestions on how to get this working? I also want to get a
hyperlink to the linked risk or issue. Thx -EM
