Accessing Outlook through VPN client connection

I can access office network with DSL dial up VPN
connection from work site and from home, but cannot access
Microsoft Outlook through network connection at home. At
work site, Outlook is accessed normally after establishing
VPN dial up connection. At home, Outlook attempt renders
error message saying Microsoft Exchange Server is
unavailable....Retry/Work offline. Thanks, Craig
