You're going to have to provide more detail: "accessing phone number and
addresses" really doesn't mean anything.

BTW, it's possible that you're asking in an incorrect place. This newsgroup
is for questions about interacting with external data using Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional. If you're not using
Access, then you'll need to find another place to ask your question.
