accessing the database wizard

I do not have the data base interface wizard as an option when I try to
create one. Do I need to have microsoft access in order to do this?

No, you need to have a Microsoft Web Server.

If you do, in FP2003, choose Tools, Page Options, set the drop-down lists to
Custom, Custom, and IE5, and select all the check boxes.
