Accessing the Global.Documents collection from c#

I have a standalone c# .exe from which I want to access the Global.Documents
collection, so I can manipulate already open documents.
Can someone suggest how to do this please.

Sorry, that may have been a badly worded question.

My problem is: how do i get hold a reference to the Global object, from a c#
program.
