For some reason I cannot access the Beta update site from
my laptop. I can get to it from my desktop (and installed
the Tech Refresh just fine), but not from my laptop. I'm
trying to install the Tech Refresh for Beta 2 on my laptop
now. I'm running Win XP Pro SP1. Any ideas? I can get
to all other MS sites I've tried.
