Accidentally Deleted an Office Component

As I was removing old programs, I have by mistake deleted
a component that runs or helps to work micorsoft office
tools. I now have no word, powerpoint, excel etc., is
there any way to re-install them completely without
loosing the work I have completed on each of these
programs? Please e-mail an answer to me,

Try rerunning Office setup. Your data files will not be affected.
