accidentally removed an attachment

Is there a way for me to get back an attachment that I accidentally removed. I was trying to save it and the remove button is right below the save. I hit remove by mistake. Can I get it back some how?

Did you perchance open the attachment before trying to save it? I've found
that when I open an attachment, sometimes it gets downloaded to my download
folder...

Just a thought.

If you have web-based access to your e-mail and did not delete the message
from your server, you should be able to download by accessing your mail
through a web browser.

Try checking in this folder: "Saved Attachments" in the Microsoft User Data
folder.

It could be there.
