accidentaly deleted frontpage 2003 site how do i restore it

I have created a site in frontpage 2003 and when doing some editing i
accidentally deleted it. Can i restore it and how please?

If you have another copy of it somewhere, yes. You can publish the other
copy to the original location. Otherwise, assuming you deleted it in
FrontPage, no.

Republish the page(s) from your back up. Files deleted from within FP
unfortunately are gone for good, and do not end up in the Recycle Bin.
