Linking is supported at the Account, Business Contact and Opportunity Level.
However, when linked records are displayed in the Account History window,
they are grouped by record type rather than following the link or parentage.
Dozens of emails that are not easily and visibly related to their parents or
linkage are of no use to me. There should be more options to control how
linked info is displayed. In my case, I want to see emails, meetings, and
other documentation appear below the opportunity they are linked to.
