Account histoty tab in contact manager doesn't work, any ideas?

I am having trouble using my business contact manager. The problem stems
from the fact that even though I can see the business contact tab and the
account history tab under my business accounts, once I click on them nothing
happens - the menu allowing me to pick what items to add or items to link
does not appear. Any ideas?

Is the account linked to the customer record in Small Business Accounting?

Hi Chris,

No, the account is not linked to Small Business Accounting. I 've been in
contact with the Microsoft help desk; they prompted me to "enable" the BCM, I
guess somehow when my computer was repaired this problem occurred. Thank you
for your time.
