1. When working in an Account, it would be helpful if the Business
Contacts section was resizable (vertically). Most businesses have more
than 3 and 4/5 employees. At least the scroll button works in the
section.
2. Also, I should be able to send an email directly from the Account
items when selecting a Business Contact in that section. How about a
right click with Email and Call actions? If the name and email are
listed there, why should I have to open the Business Contact to create
and email?
Is there a way do do either of these? Any MS poeple able to put it in
the roadmap?
